These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using WriteCloud AI, a browser extension by SiteMind AI Labs for grammar correction, text improvement, rewriting and translation.

By installing or using WriteCloud AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the extension.

2. What WriteCloud AI does

WriteCloud AI helps users correct grammar, improve text, rewrite text in selected styles, shorten text and translate text into selected languages. The extension is intended for writing assistance in supported browser text fields.

3. AI-generated output

WriteCloud AI uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate for your specific context or different from what you intended.

You are responsible for reviewing the output before using it. Always check AI-generated text before sending, publishing or relying on it.

4. No professional advice

WriteCloud AI is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, tax, security or other expert advice. Do not rely on the extension for high-stakes decisions.

5. Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, authentication codes, API keys, private tokens, confidential legal documents, medical information or other highly sensitive data through WriteCloud AI.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WriteCloud AI to:

violate applicable laws or regulations,
create deceptive, fraudulent or harmful content,
send spam or abusive messages,
process data that you do not have the right to submit,
attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service,
use the service for credential theft, malware, phishing or other technical abuse.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep WriteCloud AI available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be limited, changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.

8. Changes to the extension

We may update WriteCloud AI to improve functionality, security, performance or compliance. Features may change over time.

9. Intellectual property

WriteCloud AI, including its name, design, code and related materials, belongs to SiteMind AI Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or sell the extension except as permitted by applicable law or written permission.

You remain responsible for the text you submit and the final text you choose to use. You should ensure that you have the necessary rights to submit and use the content.
